Imagine the owner is unavailable for one ordinary week. What continues? What waits? What stops?

Consider customer enquiries, delivery, cash collection, purchasing and decisions. A process written down is useful only if somebody can actually use it, with the information and authority they need.

The aim is to understand dependency. Some owner involvement is a deliberate choice; some is an avoidable bottleneck. Treat the distinction honestly.

Start with one activity. Describe the expected outcome, the steps, the information needed and the point at which help is required. Then test it safely before relying on it.
